Anna Spencer, Esq.
As a third-generation, Central Florida native, Anna T. Spencer is proud to serve her neighbors and fellow Central Florida residents in their legal needs through distinctive, personal service. Over several years of practice, Ms. Spencer’s experience consists of civil law matters, including Elder Law, Probate/Estate Administration, Wills and Trusts, Medicaid, Trademark and Copyright Registration, Landlord/Tenant issues, and many other matters. She is admitted to practice before the United Stated District Court for the Middle District of Florida and The Florida Bar.
Ms. Spencer serves on Hospice of the Comforter’s Planned Giving Advisory Board, The Junior League of Greater Orlando, is a member of The I.D.E.A. Club, and previously served as a Board Member of Helpful Hands, Inc.
Ms. Spencer attended The University of Central Florida for her undergraduate studies in Business Administration/Marketing and Barry University School of Law in Orlando where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, she served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honor Board and competed on the national level.
Cindy Toshie,
Cindy Toshie comes to Spark! with an accomplished background in sales, marketing and finance. A Registered Investment Advisor since 2001, she is currently registered as an Independent Broker with Sterne, Agee Financial Services. Her sales and marketing background include Sports Marketing Manager and Corporate Liaison to NASCAR and IRL, for International Sports Management in Indianapolis, IN; Director of Sales and Marketing for Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, Bay Bridge Marina in Stevensville, MD; and President and Small Business-Owner in Florida and North Carolina. As an involved parent, passionate about providing her children with the best educational experience possible, she chartered a new PTA for the private school her children were attending, and led the newly established PTA to raise over $30,000 during its first year. Mrs. Toshie is a graduate of The Bryan School of Business and Economics at The University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Her Financial Registrations include: Series 7, General Securities Representative; Series 66, Uniform Combined State Law – Securities Agent and Registered Investment Advisor; and Series 24, General Securities Principle. She has lived in Florida since 2002, with her husband, Andy, and they have two gifted children, ages 6 and 8.
